Associate Professor Dr. Rădoi has over 20 years of experience in medical genetics, reproductive medicine and prenatal diagnosis. A graduate of the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine, she holds a PhD in medical sciences, with research in the field of clinical-molecular correlations in pregnancy and genetic factors involved in infertility.
Throughout his career, he has coordinated medical genetics departments in major medical institutions — MedLife, Synevo, Personal Genetics and, currently, Sanador Hospital — contributing to the standardization and development of genetic testing programs in Romania. His expertise covers molecular and cytogenetic diagnosis, genetic risk assessment and counseling of couples before conception or during pregnancy.
In parallel, he is an associate professor at the Department of Medical Genetics, UMF "Carol Davila", training new generations of specialists and actively participating in research projects and international scientific publications.
